Over 200 cycling enthusiasts participate in the Cycling Programme, in conjunction with 42nd National Day Celebration for Tutong District. Organised by Kampung Bukit Udal and Kampung Penapar Consultative Councils, the cycling began and ended at Kampung Bukit Udal Primary School in Tutong District, 10th May morning. 

It was flagged-off by Awang Haji Mohammad Sofian bin Haji Basri, Acting Tutong District Officer. The cycling event aims to instil patriotism and love for the country among the community, as well as strengthen unity among the villagers. The programme also serves as a platform to encourage active community participation in healthy and community activities. Also present was Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Mohamad Danial @ Tekpin bin Ya'akub, Member of the Legislative Council.
